Our signature seafood is our Applegirth Smoked Salmon, fresh Atlantic salmon cold-smoked to a rich, buttery and delicate flavour. It is strictly fresh smoked salmon - never frozen - made with all natural ingredients. We smoke it almost daily, in small batches, to meet the steady demand, which is both local and International - we have customers who ship it to Europe. We welcome pre-orders.
